He explained my options and never did I feel pressured or like I was being sold something I did not need. After our call Jose followed up on Friday, again no pressure and I returned his call on Monday. Not only was the policy the best value ($59 or more a month in savings in comparison to other providers) but I also obtained a life insurance policy with them as well. "Absolutely one of the most terrible insurance places I’ve ever walked into. I’ve had insurance with this company for three years and not only did they mess up the Vin number on the card. I also found out when I went to go update my registration that I have been paying for three years with no coverage on a vehicle they owe me over $7000 since they have not updated my insurance card to reflect for the DMV. I walked in and spoke to the manager that was on site which was very, very very hostile towards me and try to blame the situation suddenly on us like if it was our fault when their job is literally to write down the Vin number and double check to make sure they’re insuring the proper car If I could pick 0 stars I would , but even then that is too much if you a potential customer reading these reviews I’d go elsewhere unless you want to get scammed then this is the perfect place. I’ve been waiting over a month now for the issue to get fixed so I can sell my vehicle and they have not fixed this issue, multiple times in person with the same problem that they submitted it and they’re waiting for them to be reviewed the first time I wouldn’t. They told me it was gonna be seven business days after seven business days my father, who is the policyholder and then they told him that I would take another 14 business days after 14 business days past, I decided to go in again only to be fed more lies about another seven business days for it to get fixed when I’ve given them a whole month!!! This has been a drawn in process that is absolutely ridiculous. If you want to be lied to and throw your money down the drain this is the perfect company to do so with there’s many other State Farm representatives or State Farm branches out there. I would recommend going to this one absolute trash. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE!!!!!"
